Pittsburgh Riverhounds midfielder, Matt Dallman, was just resigned to the team for the 2014 season. Find out where his career all began and more in this week’s 7 Question feature!

1. What was your first job? How old were you?
Young Matt Dallman shown above with his claim to fame, Teddy Ruxpin

MD: I started working at the early age of 1. I was a baby model. At the peak of my brief career as a baby model, I was on the box of Teddy Ruxpin, and also on a big billboard of the opening of FAO Schwartz in NY. I peaked early.

2. We are coming over for dinner tonight- what are you making?

MD: Fish...probably mahi mahi or swordfish...brown rice or quinoa...and vegetables. It’s off season....gotta be healthy.

3. What was your favorite game of the 2013 Riverhounds season?

MD: From an individual stand point, my favorite game was the home opener against Harrisburg. That was the first time Jose Angulo and I linked up for a goal, and it was both of our first touches as Riverhounds.

4. Who is your role model?

MD: Easy answer. My dad, Peter

And who would you say is your biggest fan?
MD: Again easy answer. My mom, Lynda.

5. What do you consider to be the perfect weather for a game- Do you like day or night games?

MD: My eyes are pretty terrible at night, but I love night games...ideal weather is about 70 degrees for me.

6. Batman, Superman, Spiderman...favorite superhero?

MD: Kevin Kerr

7. If you could have any indulgent dessert possible at this very moment- what would you want?

MD: Make either brownies or cookies...but don’t cook them...I’m big into batters and doughs. My college room mate called me Dough Eater.

8. (Bonus Question!) You have the entire day off- what are your plans?

MD: I like walking around Shadyside or the Strip District with my girlfriend on days off. Or drive around with Kevin and remind him of how Batman was filmed in Pittsburgh.
