RIVERHOUNDS FINISH FIRST DAY OF PRESEASON TRAINING IN HOUSTON, WIN 2-0 VS DYNAMO U18 ACADEMY TEAM

The Riverhounds kicked off their preseason trip in Texas on Sunday, February 16 with a morning training session at Houston Sports Park, the official training grounds of MLS affiliate, the Houston Dynamo. The Riverhounds scrimmaged the Dynamo's U-18 Academy team later in the day, winning 2-0.

The starting 11 Riverhounds included Hunter Gilstrap, Mike Green, Sterling Flunder, Andrew Marshall, Brian Fekete (trialist), Rob Vincent, Matt Dallman, Joseph Ngwenya, Seth C'deBaca, Jose Angulo, and Jhonny Arteaga. 

At half time, the score remained 0-0.

The Riverhounds will continue to train every day this week at Houston Sports Park. The team is scheduled to scrimmage the Dynamo's first team on Wednesday, February 19 at 11:00 AM and Houston Baptist College on Saturday February 22 at 11:00 AM.
