BIO
Jackson Walti is entering his second season with Riverhounds SC in 2025.
In his first year with the Hounds, Walti established himself as a lineup regular during the team’s turnaround in the second half of the season. He finished with 24 appearances, starting in 15 of the team’s last 17 matches, and contributed two goals, including his first professional goal Aug. 17 against Colorado Springs.
In 2023, his first pro season, Walti began the year with Austin’s reserve side in MLS Next Pro before being loaned within the league to Colorado Rapids 2. He finished the year with 20 appearances (nine starts) and one assist between the two clubs.
Walti was a key part of the University of Pittsburgh’s teams that reached the College Cup semifinals in 2020 and 2022 after first arriving at the school as a walk-on. He would go on to finish as the school’s career leader in minutes played, netting six goals and five assists, before being the second-round pick of Austin FC in the 2023 MLS SuperDraft.
